I am in network for Kaiser, Aetna, Triwest and Coordinated Care. I also take HSA/FSA and can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement.

My prices are in line with current insurance pricing so if you do not have insurance please ask about my cash discount. Also know that what I do is considered a medical service, so I do not accept tips.
